This website conducted a process to implement an automatic accessibility tool to conform as closely as possible to the standards set by the WCAG 2.0/2.1 at the AA level.

Measures taken to make this website more accessible
Equalweb`s automatic accessibility tool implements the following measures to websites on which it is installed:

Our mission goal is to be able to support the widest array of browsers and assistive technologies as possible. We have therefore invested efforts to support popular systems with high market share, including Chrome, Firefox, edge, Opera and Safari VoiceOver on a MAC. We have also addressed JAWS and NVDA assistive technologies for Windows and MAC.

Our company considers it very important to provide quality, professional, equitable and accessible service to all our customers, including people with disabilities.
Physical accessibility In our location :
- Underground parking is available at 2 Maccabi Street – Betzalel Parking, located 100 meters from the hotel.
- There is an accessible pathway and entrance to the hotel.
- The elevator is accessible. The width of the elevator door is 90 cm. The elevator dimensions are 120 cm by 140 cm. There is auditory signage, and buttons are tactile with braille. Due to the existing structure of the hotel building, the hotel is exempt from fully retrofitting the elevator for accessibility.
- Assistance aids are provided for persons with disabilities.
- Hearing assistance devices, such as induction loops, have been installed for the hearing impaired.
- Accessible facilities are available in the lobby – access via a portable ramp and an accessible path.
- A waiting area is present in the hotel lobby.
- Two accessible rooms are available.
- Service animals assisting individuals with disabilities are permitted to enter the hotel.
- Assistance from service representatives is available at designated stations for filling out forms if needed.
- Employee training for accessible service is conducted, including awareness of accessibility issues and practical tools for providing accessible service.
